Transcom Spain wins the 2018 CRC Gold Award for Best Outsourcer in BPO
The company has been recognized with the CRC Gold Award for Best Outsourcer in BPO for the service it provides to its client Santander Bansacar.
This award was granted after a rigorous audit process and an analysis of the Voice of the Client, collected through surveys, rewarding both the operational management of the service and the recommendation of customers.
The CRC Gold Awards for "EXCELLENCE in Customer Service" celebrated its 20th anniversary this year, at a Gala held on October 9 at the Wanda Metropolitan Stadium in Madrid, which was attended by more than 500 guests from leading companies in the sector. These awards, granted within the framework of the Expo RC 2018, are organized by the AEERC (Spanish Association of Customer Relations Centers) in collaboration with Ifaes (organizers of the Expo) and IZO, The Experience Design Company.
